This is the perfect system for someone who wishes to use a 275 gallon IBC water tote or utilizes an enclosed trailer!! These Control Panel systems are designed to be hung on the inside wall of your trailer or on the exterior rack of an IBC water tote. Or even someone who has an electric start pressure washer and doesn't need another battery box and Deep cycle battery. The control panel can be wired to an existing battery and you're ready to spray.

We start with the same aluminum pump panel as our Gen 2 systems. It is wired with the same 10 gauge wiring, uses the same marine grade, 50 amp battery switch. It uses all the same stainless steel hardware throughout.

The pump is the Chapin 7.0 gallon per minute, 60 psi 12 volt pump. We used this system primarily for roof washes. It has roughly 8-10 jobs on it and was thoroughly rinsed with fresh water after every use. 

The proportioner/manifold features the same anodized aluminum mixing block as all of our other proportioners, and uses the 1/2" Precision Flow metering valves for a budget friendly price and great quality. 

Even our Control Panel systems come with drop sticks for water, bleach (SH, Sodium Hypochlorite) and soap/surfactant. 

   Note: Drop sticks consist of 10 feet of braided tubing for both the water and SH/bleach, and 100 inches of braided tubing for the soap/surfactant.
