Proportioner 2-Year Warranty Information

Proportioner 2-Year Limited Warranty – Terms & Conditions

This warranty applies to the proportioner unit only. It does not cover any other components of a Generation 2, Control Panel, Apex Max Pro, or Total Control system.

The 2-year warranty period begins on the original date of purchase. The warranty start date cannot be based on delivery date or the date the proportioner was placed into service.

This warranty is non-transferable and may only be claimed by the original purchaser.

This warranty covers manufacturer defects, component failures due to defects, and assembly errors.

This warranty does not cover:

• End-user neglect, abuse, misuse, or improper maintenance (including improper winterization)

• Any end-user modifications such as additional components added or original components subtracted.

• Damage caused by improper installation or operation

Warranty Claim Process

Before submitting a proportioner for warranty service, you must call us at 810-284-2545 to begin the claim process.

The customer is responsible for shipping costs to return the proportioner for warranty inspection and service. Once warranty work is completed and approved, we will cover the cost of return shipping.

Please ship the properly packaged proportioner to the address on your warranty card.

        ***The warranty card, shipped with your proportioner, must be included with the proportioner when submitted for warranty service.***
