We start with the same all aluminum Gen 2 frame as our other systems. It is wired with 8 gauge wiring, uses the same marine grade, 50 amp battery switch. It uses the same marine battery box and stainless steel hardware throughout. It has a fully wired and ready to use 12 volt battery charger/maintainer, which ensures the battery (not provided) is always ready to go when you are!
The heart of this system is one of our branded 7.0GPM, 12V Soft Wash pumps. This pump is rated at 60PSI to provide enough muscle for just about any residential job. To make using the machine extremely easy, we use ordinary garden hose connectors on the output side of the pump, this allows the user to screw a standard garden hose onto the pump to dispense solution. NO HOSE REEL REQUIRED!!!
The proportioner/manifold features an aluminum mixing block and uses the 3/4" Precision Flow metering valves for a budget friendly price while retaining great quality. In order to keep costs down, we built a 2-legged proportioner, 1 for water and 1 for bleach/SH.
