We are proud to debut, what we believe is, the best 12V Soft Wash System for the Budget Conscious business owner! This is the least expensive system we have ever built. But that doesn't mean it's short on value!
We start with the same all aluminum Gen 2 frame as our other systems. It is wired with the same 10 gauge wiring, uses the same marine grade, 50 amp battery switch. It uses the same marine battery box and stainless steel hardware throughout. It has a fully wired and ready to use 12 volt battery charger/maintainer, which ensures the battery (not provided) is always ready to go when you are!
The heart of this system is one of our branded 5.5GPM, 12V Soft Wash pumps. This pump is rated at 80PSI to provide enough muscle for just about any residential job. To make using the machine extremely easy, we use ordinary garden hose connectors on the output side of the pump, this allows the user to screw a standard garden hose onto the pump to dispense solution. NO HOSE REEL REQUIRED!!!
The proportioner/manifold features the same anodized aluminum mixing block as all of our other proportioners and uses the 1/2" Precision Flow metering valves for a budget friendly price while retaining great quality. In order to keep costs down, we built a 2-legged proportioner, 1 for water and 1 for bleach/SH. Finish it all off with drop sticks for water and bleach (SH, Sodium Hypochlorite)
