7GPM Generation 2 Soft Wash System with 3/4" "Big Flo" Proportioner

This is our "Flagship" 7.0 gallon per minute soft wash system. This is for the wash technician or business owner/operator that wants the best 3/4" system you can buy for the least amount of money!!

We start with the same all aluminum Gen 2 frame as our other systems. It is wired with the same 10 gauge wiring, uses the same marine grade, 50 amp battery switch. It uses the same marine battery box and stainless steel hardware throughout. It has a fully wired and ready to use 12 volt battery charger/maintainer. Oh, and it still comes with the soft wash wand!!

The pump is the American made, 7.0 gallon per minute, 100 psi 12 volt pump. These pumps are being used throughout our industry and are a great choice for someone who wants a bit more performance over the smaller pump.  To make using the machine extremely easy, we use ordinary garden hose connectors on the output side of the pump and on the input side of the soft wash wand. This allows the user to screw a standard garden hose onto the pump and into the wand to dispense solution. NO HOSE REEL REQUIRED!!

The proportioner/manifold features the same aluminum mixing block as all of our other proportioners, but uses the Big 3/4" Precision Flow metering valves. These valves offer a better, more robust design and construction over the Pentair valves, and flow a considerable amount more than any 1/2" manifold can!

Finish it all off with drop sticks for water, bleach (SH, Sodium Hypochlorite) and soap/surfactant.

   ***Note: Drop sticks are designed and built to be used in ordinary 55 gallon plastic barrels. (Not Included)***
