This is our small soft wash pump system, but with the 3/4" "Big Flo" proportioner/manifold. It is a money maker that has just about as much flow as a 7gpm pump with a smaller proportioner.
We start with the same all aluminum Gen 2 frame as our other systems. It is wired with the same 10 gauge wiring, uses the same marine grade, 50 amp battery switch. It uses the same marine battery box and stainless steel hardware throughout. It has a fully wired and ready to use 12 volt battery charger/maintainer. Oh, and it still comes with the soft wash wand!!
The pump is the tried and true, Everflo 5.5 gallon per minute, 60 psi 12 volt pump. Ask anybody who has used a 12 volt soft wash system, they will probably have used this very pump at one time or another. To make using the machine extremely easy, we use ordinary garden hose connectors on the output side of the pump and on the input side of the soft wash wand. This allows the user to screw a standard garden hose onto the pump and into the wand to dispense solution. NO HOSE REEL REQUIRED!!!
The 3/4" "Big Flo" proportioner/manifold features the same aluminum mixing block as all of our other proportioners, but uses the 3/4" Precision Flow metering valves.
Finish it all off with drop sticks for water, bleach (SH, Sodium Hypochlorite) and soap/surfactant.
