3/4" "Big Flo" Proportioner/Blend Manifold

Using a proportioner or what some folks call a blend manifold can streamline your Soft Washing jobs. Need a hotter mix? turn up the bleach a bit! Need less bleach? Simply turn down the knob and save some money!

This is our new "Big Flo" 3/4" proportioner! Like all of our proportioners, we start with an aluminum mixing block. Using the aluminum blocks allow for a very convenient mounting solution as they come pre-drilled with two mounting holes that allow quick and easy retro fitting to your existing setup.  The "Big Flo" blocks feature 3/4" input holes and 1" output holes. The Water and Bleach/SH legs use 3/4" schedule 80, Banjo branded fittings, not cheaper but fragile schedule 40 pieces. The check valves are also 3/4" so there is nothing restricting the flow. The soap/surfactant leg is standard 1/2".

The metering valves used are the NEW, Precision Flow valves that many other companies use, and each valve is 30 degree "V" cut. So why buy from us?
