You need a proportioner! And our 1/2" Precision Flow metering valve proportioner is the best option for most 12 volt softwash sytems.
We start with an anodized aluminum manifold block. This block has 5 inlet holes, each 1/2" NPT. the block has 2 outlets that are 3/4" NPT.
We use Precision Flow metering valves with 30 degree cuts, just like in our Big Flo proportioner, only in 1/2" not 3/4". Also, we only use Banjo schedule 80 polypropylene fittings. Be very carful of the other companies that sell discount proportioners that use black, schedule 40 fittings that become weak and break.
