1/2" 2-Legged Proportioner/Manifold

We have been asked numerous times to build a 2-legged soft wash proportioner, so here it is! 

Do you need a proportioner? Are you using surfactant? If the answer is no, then our 1/2", 2-legged, Precision Flow metering valve proportioner is the best option for most 12 volt softwash systems.

We start with an anodized aluminum manifold block. We use Precision Flow metering valves with 30 degree cuts, just like in our "Big Flo" proportioner, only in 1/2" not 3/4". Also, we only use Banjo schedule 80 polypropylene fittings. Be very careful of the other companies that sell discount proportioners that use black, schedule 40 fittings that become weak and break.
